Postage
Postage is calculated based on the weight of your cart. You will see postage costs on checkout, prior to confirming your order.
We aim to dispatch within 3 days of receiving payment. Delivery times range between 2-10 days for most locations in Australia. If located in WA, NT or a regional area, please understand delivery time can be a little longer and is outside our control.
Our postal contractors include Australia Post and Aramex.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Returns without proper packaging or that show signs of use may not be accepted.
Authorisation Required
Before sending any item back, you must obtain Return Authorisation from us.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If we have made an error with your order or if a product arrives faulty or defective, we will cover the cost of return.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist promptly.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
